The good thing about moving again so quickly, is a lot of boxes weren't even unpacked yet from the last move, so all was left was throw 'em in the truck and off to the new home. Which I love so far, and I'm hoping the moving is done for a long long time now. I have a balcony again with a fantastic view and a home that doesn't stink like a dumpster. I like.
Moving out of the old house didn't turn out to be as easy as thought, though. Group Inc is now officially the first Real Estate Agency to make me throw up, literally. I'm still not sure how it exactly did happen, but it ended with me standing on the sidewalk between pieces of furniture, crying my eyes out.
But now I'm in the new home, unpacking banana boxes, and wondering why the h*ll I packed some stuff in the first place instead of just throwing them out right away, trying to make a fresh start, once again. And it's turning out really well. I think only now I'm starting to realize how unhappy I was in the old place and how that held me back. And it makes me really happy to see our cats like this place more than the last one too, although this also means there's a lot more mischief going on. There's still about half a kilo cherries hidden all around the place, and I'm not really looking forward to finding them again...
So I'm off to my boxes again, wishing you all a nice sunday.
Take care!
(And once again coming to the end of my journal entry, I am reminded of the fact that I still forgot to figure out how to put links and people's IDs in my entry. Damned.)
